Bar-B-Que Chicken on a "bed of rice & chicken" (chicken pelau)

While this sounds fantastic and chicken pelau is a traditional Caribbean dish that is enjoyed at a modest interval (once per week?), bhctreats.com chooses to focus on seasonal treats we enjoyed as children that were made with love and skill by generations of siblings.
